经过公杨总提议,董事会全票通过决定成立华夏北斗星家基金,家庭的稳定基于家庭成员的健康和经济的稳定。健康的家庭成员可提高整个家庭的幸福感,让家庭成员在外打拼时无后顾之忧,为发扬我公司团结一心,助人为乐,互帮互助的友爱精神,增强团队的号召力和凝聚力,公司能及时把每一份爱心送给最需要关怀的员工。
十月底公司拿出具体的家基金工作方案,成立华夏北斗星家基金会领导小组,凡是华夏北斗星的正式员工,可在家基金帮助范围内得到家基金资助。
