The 2nd Member Conference of Hubei Sports Venue Association was a complete success | Huaxia Beidou Star and you can enjoy the grand occasion of this conference together!

On May 18, 2023, with the approval of the Council of Hubei Provincial Sports Venue Association, the second general meeting and member exchange training conference of Hubei Provincial Sports Venue Association was successfully held in Xiangyang. Nearly 120 venue units and related enterprises from Hubei Province participated in the conference, with Huaxia Beidou Star as the supporting unit, contributing to the successful outcome of the conference.

At the meeting, Liu Jinjin, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Xiangyang Sports Bureau, delivered a welcome speech; Ding Wenlong, Secretary General of Hubei Sports Venue Association, presented the work report and financial report of the association in 2022. Comrade Feng Jinrong, President of Hubei Sports Venue Association, has deployed the association's 2023 work plan and target tasks.

Mr. Zheng Yanhao, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Beidouxing Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., shared at the meeting the topic of "Empowering

 Sports Commercial Complex with Smart Light Display and Creating New Commercial Formats". Mr. Zheng Yanhao gave a presentation on the 

achievements of Huaxia Beidou in the global sports optical display field over the past few years, and emphasized our innovative solutions for global 

sports optical display and content, as well as sports commercial complexes, to the attending guests.

Sports commercial complexes are comprehensive projects that rely on characteristic indoor and outdoor venues, with sports services as the core, 

integrating functions such as health, culture, leisure, and education. The common application scenarios mainly include sports parks and complexes,

 among which complexes also include sub industries such as commerce, performing arts, events, and landmarks.

Integrated sports light display solution, integrating light display system, operation and maintenance system, control center and other systems, providing 

global customers with an integrated light display solution from hardware+software+creative content+system interaction. Received unanimous praise 

from the attendees.

In addition, relevant personnel from the Key Laboratory of the General Administration of Sport of China, the Group Department of the Provincial Sports Bureau, the Industry Center of the Provincial Sports Bureau, and the Xiangyang Sports Center exchanged and explained their views on venue safety and opening, national physical fitness monitoring, free and low-cost opening, subsidy fund application work, and the role of sports centers in the context of a strong sports city.
