The Wulian Citizen Sports Center is located at 27 Xingfu Road, Wulian County, Rizhao City, Shandong Province. The sports center is a newly built project in Wulian County, and is the competition venue for the 25th Provincial Games in Shandong Province. It is also one of the key projects in the overall development plan of Wulian County.

There are four areas in the museum, including a multi-functional basketball competition hall (basketball, fencing, modern pentathlon, and martial arts Sanda), a basketball training hall, a swimming competition hall, and a swimming training hall.

The lighting effects of the basketball multipurpose competition hall and swimming competition hall have reached the standards for TV broadcasting of national and international competitions;

The multi-functional competition hall can host basketball, fencing, modern pentathlon, and martial arts Sanda competitions. National and international competitions can be broadcasted on TV with standard lighting requirements;

The lighting effect of the swimming training center meets the professional training standards for amateur competitions.

In order to meet the requirements of the overall project of Wulian County Sports Center, Huaxia Beidou Star strictly designs and constructs the sports field in accordance with national standards, provides professional LED lighting fixtures, and adopts DMX512 dimming technology to achieve sound and light linkage effect with the sound system. Its lighting effect has been highly praised by the organizers and venue parties.
